My name is Yusi, and my journey is proof that with passion and dedication, dreams can come true. I arrived in this country without knowing the language or having experience, and I started working in housekeeping. But I always knew I could achieve something more—something that truly made me happy and allowed me to help others. Today, I am an Advanced Esthetician, graduated from National Institute of Modern Aesthetics, and I feel grateful to do what I love: enhancing people’s beauty while providing a space for self-care and well-being. My goal is for every client to not only look amazing but also experience a moment of relaxation and self-love. For me, quality always comes before quantity, which is why I take the time to provide personalized care with dedication and attention to detail.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, Late Arrival & Deposit Policy To ensure smooth scheduling and respect everyone’s time, please review the following policy carefully: • Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable. • Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide 48-hour notice or a no-show will result in lose your deposit, and a new $50 deposit will be required to book a future appointment. • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10 minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit lost. A new $50 deposit will be required to reschedule. • Service Packages: For prepaid packages, if you miss an appointment without providing 48-hour notice, that session will be considered used.
